Official Miama Heat vs. Dallas Mavericks Finals Thread

Let's start posting about the Finals.   Any predictions?  

I think the Heat will win in 6, but I don't want the Heat to win.  The Mavericks deserved to win 5 years ago when they were up 2-0 against the Heat, and had the lead in Game 3, and and then the refs started making all the calls for the Heat the rest of the series.  Dallas was so frustrated about that Game 3 loss I think it shook them for the rest of the series.

I hope Dallas gets redemption this time around because they deserve it.

Miami in 6, better D and the Mavs have not enough to throw at Bron and Wade ... they'll be up 2-0 , take the middle game in Dallas and finish the job at home .

I don't think it will be that easy. The Heat won't have an answer for Dirk. And Terry coming off the bench could kill them. Wouldnt be surprised to see Barea have a big series against that Miami second unit. The Mavs can definitely win this.

Used to hate the Mavs cause of Cuban but hes calmed down over the years and the way Nowitzki is playing I think he deserves a ring at least one. He basically did the opposite of Lebron by stayin with his team through all the years of losin in the playoffs instead of runnin to LA or something to get an easy ring wit Kobe. Thats a bitch move if you ask me and just shows lack of heart and character. Hes a leader and i feel like hes paid his dues. Besides Wade and Lebron are gonna have so many years to win titles they can wait one more year. Another reason I want them to win is because The Heat are the most emotional childish unlikeable team Ive ever seen and if losin D Rose in the regular season made them cry I wanna see how they act if they lose in the Finals. Them bitch ass niggas might try to kill themselves or something.

That said expect the good ole NBA screwjob. Heat in 6 or 7.

Pretty much agree with what Infinite said. Heat in 6. It would be nice to see Dirk finally win a ring, especially since he stuck with his team unlike a certain player who I will not name. Mavs need redemption from that 06 Finals. But in all likelihood, the Heat are going to win it all.

This isn't going to be nearly the cakewalk to king james coronation.. dirk has developed a sick fall away few yrs ago u could just get up on his number but now how do u stop that..he obliterated ibaka that last series..the mavs have a great offense and they run it like clockwork.. d wade is hurt he hasn't been the same since diving out of bounds at the end of that game in boston..

The will close out on those three point shooters better than anyone the Mavs have faced all playoffs long.

Dirk is going to have to steadily average 33 a game for them to force this series deep.
