Phantom is produced by Toomp.

Go to " The Vault " section of this forum for the Dr. Dre credits productions.

the production credit was 'DJ Hill/Hillie Hill' as far as I know, but it certainly sounds like Dre mixed it at least. banger 8)

it's dre, the neptunes/chad was just how it was wrongly tagged when it leaked. the dude from 'the score', taylor graves (seen working with dre in that studio vid) is singing on it (not raheem on the hook). also uses the exact same drum sounds as that other track from the dre r.e.d. sessions with ashanti. that's not 100% proof (OP is looking for more solid info), but along with the whole sound of it, there's absolutely no doubt to me. certainly nothing to suggest otherwise.

To me the tracks that sound like Dre beats are:
I Dont Bang No More
Ass
Make-up Sex
and those tracks on the "Exclusive (Unreleased)" bootleg sound like Sam Sneed/Bud'da/Dre.

Dawaun said that Raje track wasnt Dre.
Busta's "Where's Your Money" is produced by Hill i believe.
Slim's "They goin crazy" ..i read was done by Focus (i asked him on twitter, hopefully he answers)
Synanmous II - Young Dre, one of those times where the artist says Dre, but it doesnt really sound like it  :-\

Tracks that dont sound like Dre:
Stacks - NIGGA
Grafh - After Party
Old Dirty Bastard - Dirty Dont Stop
The Realest - Y I Keep My Burna On Me

I'd say the official tag is more reliable than your speculation

Since I know about most of these, as they were all likely debated on here when released at some point, i'll add my 2 cents on each track, some I know for sure, some just a good guess:

Young Dre - Synanimous II: Never heard, or even heard of this track before. Sounds nothing like Dre though, especially his late 90s sound. Where did you hear that he did this?

Grafh - Afterparty (At The Diner): Was never confirmed that it wasn't him, but everone is pretty much in agreeance that it's not him. Was also never officially said to be Dre either, just some internet shit talk.

Hittman - Ass: Haven't checked the vault, but this sounds like something Dre/Mel could have definately came up with, which leads me to believe that it was only Mel Man. I know Hitt and Mel did lots of shit for that album, as aposed to the 3-6 tracks Dre did. Not sure about this one, but i'll guess it was only Mel Man.

Ol' Dirty Bastard - Dirty, Don't Stop: Don't think Dre had anything to do with this one, sounds nothing like him, but can't confirm that.

The Game - East 2 West: FAKE! Whoever made this just took Game's Black Democrat acapella from YKWII4 and put it over their own beat.

Storm P - Getting Money: Apparently from late '06, never heard of this, sounds like a decent amateur Dre ripoff, and this dude got everyone trying to think it was Dre, even the DJ hosting it. There's a tiny chance i'm wrong on this, but i'd definately say it's NOT the doctor.

Kurupt - Guilty As Sin: Could very well be Dre, but i'm gonna say it's Sneed and/or Bhud'da, sounds much more like something they would do.

Kurupt - I Don't Bang No More: Well this was either Dre or Daz, and i'm gonna go with Dre. Clear speculation on my half though as it wounds much more smooth and funky than something Daz would do. Those Death Row heads could probably answer this.

Sam Sneed - In Da Zone: Much like Guilty As Sin, but i'm going to say this one was Sneed as well, since most of his songs were produced by him. Speculation though, I'm not too knowledgable on this era.

Rose Royce - It's Not Over: This one is said to be Dre, and much like the last few, I can't give a definitive answer here. For this one I have no clue though.

Game - Make-Up Sex: Yes this is Dre, was confirmed by some inside sources, forgot who. It also sounds EXACTLY like the song with Ashanti that was on Game's mixtape, which was confirmed to be Dre. These are the identical drums on that song, and other songs/snippets/samples of Dre's work in that '09-'10 time. So although never officially confirmed, we can go with it.

Stack$ - N.I.G.G.A.: Hell no that ain't Dre. Clearly some amateur ripoff shit. No debate here.

Game - Phantom: As usual, anything with pianos and bounce is assumed to be Dre at first, but this was by DJ Toomp. Confirmed shortly after.

C.P.O. - Slippin' In the West: Don't think there was ever talk of this being Dre, and all the assumptions were that it was Daz, but not sure if that was ever confirmed.

Raje - Therapy: Great song, and according to Raje, he posted on here saying it was Dre to his knowledge. But then the word is that Dawaun said it wasn't. I'll take his word for it, but it was definitely by one of those guy's working at Aftermath.

Slim The Mobster - They Goin' Crazy: Lots of talk about this one on here, and it always ends with it being produced by Focus. Not sure if this was ever confirmed, but that's the word around here.

Busta Rhymes - Where's Your Money?: Not Dre, confirmed to be someone else, but it definitely sounds like he had at least something to do with this one.

Tha Realest - Y I Keep My Burna On Me: I know it sounds funny that these two would ever even work together, but the word around here was that Dre did infact do this. I still don't know if I am going to believe that, but it sort of sounds like something he would have done in that time.

I really want to know more info on "I don't bang no more". Jewell is on the hook and dre used her vocals a lot so its possibly her. But I wonder what your it was recorded, for what project, etc. I would say I hope wideawake releases it but after seeing what they did to "doggystyle" I'd rather listen to the fuzzy low quality bootleg lol
