I just finished watching the self-titled Eastsidaz dvd and I have to say it's a pretty good movie.  Sure it's not a millio-dollar budget movie that's at the cineplex right now, but for the $7 that I got it for off of eBay it's good and it's 100 times better than The Wash....cause that movie suckedddddddd. Multi-platinum rap phenomenon Snoop Dogg stars in a gritty and realistic tale of double cross and revenge set in his native Long Beach,Ca.  Veteran action director Michael Martin (I Got The Hook Up) tells the story of Killa Pop (Snoop Dogg), a respected and powerful gang kingpin looking to get out of "the game" as soon as he pulls off one final deal.

   Killa Pop's trusted lieutenant Crackle (Tray Deee) has set everything up: the place, the time, the price...and him.  Now Pop is fighting to survive in maximum security while Crackle steals the empire he has worked his entire life to build.

  Aided from the outside by gun-toting gangstresses Doggy's Angels and his loyal friend Snap (Goldie Loc), Killa Pop and partner Young Loc (Darryl Brunson) plan an ingenious escape, and a brutal payback for Crackle in an incredible climax you'll never forget.

  Tha Eastsidaz features a who's who of the West Coast's top rap artists, including Xzibit,Warren G, RBX, Jayo Felony and Tash, along with a special appearance by Snoop's alter ego Big Jeffree.
