Snoop Dogg: Arsenio Hall Freestyle....

OMFG.... so im flipping through the channels on TV and I see this program about the tv show "arsenio hall" which was on years and years ago. I catch it right during the beginning of the program and they're are talking about how the show really jumped the career of Snoop Dogg.

Arsenio: "the first time dre and snoop came, dre wanted me to talk to calvin, he called him calvin. I  said look,  everyone wants to hear you, ill talk to you, but not calvin... cause no  one wants to hear calvin talk... little did I know that calvin would become a huge name in rap... he was Snoop Doggy Dogg, so the next time he came to the show, he performed, and if I remember correctly, he did a freestyle"

so from this point on they show snoop freestyling and OMFG, this is no doubt the best fucking freestyle ever, he says this one line about Eazy, and the crowd went crazyyyyyyyy, its definetly the bomb...

anyway, does anyone have this freestyle...

Yeah, i caught part of that.  Yall, Arsenio used to be the BOMB, I used to watch him when I was about 13.  He was cool for years, then just got cancelled, I guess ratings sucked.  I think he could come back with a talk show (if he wants to ) and take over the 12:30 slot, he'd beat conan.  

Anyways, that bow Wow part was awesome.  I didn't catch Snoop's.  Bow Wow was unbelievable, LOL he was like 5 or somethin, wavin his hands and stuff around, had the whole flow down.

One of the tightest was "Murder was the Case" that Snoop did live on MTV that time.  I think it's his best performance ever, that stuff put a MOVE on ya when it first came out.  

This big choir was there, and they were singing, and there was a coffin on stage, with a light shining into it, with all these people going by, women breaking down on the coffin, stuff like that, and the preacher was like "He was a GOOD brotha!!!"  then the beat broke in, and the choir started swayin to tha side, going "MURDAHHHHHH" shankin their hands and stuff.  GOOD GOD THAT WAS TIGHT.  Snoop starts the first verse, and comes out on stage in a wheelchair with daz pushin' it, then when he gets to the part about never walking again, he goes "But anyways" and stands up, man the crowd was hyped up, it was awesome.  Dre was in the box at the back of that one, cutting records live on mtv.  That's one of the only times I've actually seen him DO something, LOL.

Yeah, that was the American Music Awards...I remember seeing it live. They cut off the rest of the Gin & Juice performance in the Murder was the Case DVD...I used to have the whole performance on tape, but that was damn near nine years ago.

Snoop was such a god back then right after Doggystyle. Everyone but the hardcore Ruthless fans were Death Row dickryders, lol. Dope shit. Peace.

Yea.....I saw the Arsenio special on VH-1...only saw the start of the show....saw where Snoop did do a sick freestyle cause near the end of it he clowned on Eazy-E. Then a cockroach crawled across the screen and I had to chase that bitch down so I missed the rest of the show.
