I don't really mind him doing it, but yeah, he does do it more than anybody else.  They missed some too, I know I heard him bite Snoop more than that, I'm pretty sure I've heard him bite more snoop & Kurupt stuff from the Chronic.

Just goes to show if Biggie weren't dead
Jay-Z would never be as big as he is now!

cmon c2 knuckles, u seem like a proper hip hop head, dont tell me u actually believe Jigga would be just as big is Biggie was still around?
"One day Alice came to a fork in the road and saw a Cheshire cat in a tree. "Which road do I take?" she asked. "Where do you want to go?" was his response. "I don't know," Alice answered. "Then," said the cat, "it doesn't matter."

He wouldn't be AS big as he is now, but he said "Just goes to show if Biggie weren't dead...", these bullshit quotes don't show that.  I'm not even a big Jay-Z fan but when I see:

Jay-Z:
"Do me a favor dude, get 2 ice cubes I pass them
Take that ice up, for the nicest MC"

Biggie: on "Unbelievable"
"Get ready to die, tell God I said hi
And throw down some ice, for the nicest MC"

gimme a break, that ain't biting, that's going too far.  He would of been popular anyways, he had 4 singles before Vol 2 (that's when he really blew) was released and 2 more after, that album was going to sell big, Biggie alive or not.  But he probably wouldn't considered "the king of New York" by some, people just needed to call someone that and he filled the void.

Listen c2 knuckles i beleive in what i said and i
stand by it, you may have a different opinion
and your entitled to it. But you're being selective
when you compare a Jay-Z lyric to Bigs.

All i'm sayin just take another look at the list

Peace

Kinda funny how this thread was placed in the Westcoast part of the forum on purpose..
Jay-Z doesn't stand a chance in this part of the forum.. or should I extend that to "Eastcoast rappers alive and not signed to a Westcoast label".....  ::)
