That's not real talk, that's real bullshit. Jada was huge on the mixtape scene too. As was Fab, and do I even need to mention how big the Dipset movement was?50s career was a combination of being hungry + controvery (most people knew he was beefing with rule and that he got shot AT 9 times before they could name you 1 of his songs) + having that Interscope machine behind him. And even with that, he still owes D12 for not wanting the In Da Club beat. Without that song his career wouldn't have been the same; GRODT wouldn't have sold the same with 21 Questions and PIMP as the singles.
50 was the first mixtape artist to really take someones song remake it and make it his own. Which is what most people try to do now. Prior to that it was just freestyles.
He already said that he ain't gonna post the song.
I still wanna know what his contract situation is with Interscope. I thought BISD was the last album he owed them (other than a greatest hits album but that's up to interscope to put out; probably won't be until after he dies like most labels do to make money off their artist)If he's that unhappy he should just leave. If anybody in hip-hop could start their own distribution company its Curtis. He's a smart guy so I'm pretty sure he's observed how the wheel turns as far as the big business behind the scenes at Interscope. He should give it a shot.

The new one comes out on Interscope if he re-negotiates his contract. Ive always wondered why no-ones ever started their own distribution label
