Beat was great, lot of energy to it. Hook was dope.

The verses?

Game's first verse sucked. I believe at one point he even said "make momma the proud that her son made it out" - wtf? Him stealing Em's flow wasn't even enjoyable. Then Eminem (still in his Encore era) starts the first 2 bars off great then the rest was just babble. Game's 3rd verse was decent until he said "I'm crazy why the fuck you think I'm rhymin with shady" - everything after that was blehh.

So sorry but the winner is the beat and the hook.

I don't think it counts with someone like Game, because no one claims Game to be some sort of fantastic lyrical MC...
He's all about having a cool voice, thug image, and good beats (or at least HAD good beats).

It's different if it's like Em or Jay-Z or Nas, or anyone known for being lyrical.
There is no one saying like, "ayo, Kane killed Biz Markie on his own shit," or "Nas killed Beastie Boys on their own shit"
because those dudes are meant to be good in other ways besides being lyrical.

Eminem killed it because his flow was on point with the beat. Game, as usual, swagger jacked the person he was rapping with. As usual, the result were terrible.
