The Chiefs play the Ravens friday night. Todd Haley has not had much interest in competing this preseason. I hope he isn't letting the success from last year turn him soft, but he sounds a little paranoid about injuries in this lock-out shortened off season.
One interesting theme for this game with the Ravens is that the Chiefs have signed a lot of guys from Baltimore this off season, after being dominated in the playoffs by Baltimore at the end of last season. Here are some of the signings from Baltimore..
-Coach Jim Zorn is now the Chiefs QB coach. Has the QB's running a lot of unorthodox drills they've never ran before.
-Full Back Leron McClain- One of the Chiefs weakest positions becomes a strength now. The previous starters at fullback were just guys off the street. McClain should be a difference maker.
-Nose Tackle Kelley Greg- Aging veteran who may have one or two good years left in the tank.
-Lineman Jerod Gaither- word is if he is healthy and motivating this guy is a beast.

And today the Raiders draft Terrelle Pryor in the 3rd round of the supplemental draft. So in next year's draft the Raiders will have 1st round pick[If they stop trading with N.E.] but no 2nd, 3rd, or 4th round picks. They should trade down regardless of record to get back more.
