HE IS DEFINATELY THE SAME DUDE WHO WAS POSTING AS "CANDYMAN187" ON THE HITEMUP.COM FORUMS IN THE LATE 90S, AND HE DOESNT WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT IT BECAUSE IT PROBABLY CONFLICTS WITH ONE OF HIS MANY LIES ABOUT HIS CHILDHOOD AND AGE. Ok, so he fooled Shock G for a while, even jumped on a track which Shock was producing for his upcoming track on Rose Vol 2, a Tupac poem cd.

Shock was just trying to do the right thing and include someone he thought was a real homie for Pac. 

Shock found out Candyman is a fraud and told the label to remove Candyman, the whole album was already mixed, so they had to edit Candyman out.  This is why Candymans verse is not on the retail.  They simply edited his verse out, they couldn't remove his adlibs and acapella track.  He is not credited on the retail liner notes, and he received zero monetary compensation.  Candyman then got on Streethop (hitemup was already gone)  and told people that 2pac wrote his verse for him when he was a kid, which is simply a flat out lie.  Shock G was very pissed and embarrased about this, I spoke to him personally on the issue, I also got a signed copy of 'Fear of a Mixed PLanet' which is dope.

Also Dante worked closely with Yaks mom for Son rize vol 1 and the never finished vol 2 mixtapes.  Yas told him how much she hated Candyman and was furious at him for conniving and lying and spending 30 k on booze and partying of her money.

I was never on the hitemup forums, but now that you're saying he was on that forum, it doesn't surprise me given that he was posting the same bullshit 2Pac story on another messageboard a few years later trying to get a record deal out of it.
