I would say both member of Dilated Peoples, Defari and definately Ras Kass as well as far as the mainstream audience is concerned.

Chico & Coolwadda - had one of the best rap albums of 2001

Short Khop - he's dope even though his album was only aaaaight.

ATL - They have some classic albums but are really overlooked imo
