This has gotta be one of the smoothest funk/R&B songs ever.

So far here's my list of rap songs that sample it:

2. Horace Brown- One for the Money
3. Shello- Good Thang (prod by DJ Quik)
4. Daddy V & DMG - Somethin' About My Hood
5. 5th Ward Juvenilez - G- Groove
6. Mackadelics - Gotta Be Fly
