Frank Alexander says he was about to kill himself in 1998, he had the gun in hand and it was cocked.  But that he had a phone conversation with 2pac's mom, and she said that nothing he could of done would of stopped the death, and that it wasn't his fault.  And he said that took a boulder off his chest and he's been a youth minister ever since.
