8. The Ali G show (U.K.)
9. King of Queens  (U.S.)
10. The Tom Green Show (Can)

Honorable mentions:

Son of the beach, Jackass (not the exact same genre)
Cheers (Funny, but overrated)

And oh yeah: We tend to import hella U.S. TV-series over here in Norway..  ;D
