Random Thoughts of My Obsession with Saving The Family And The World

clearly everybody knows I'm almost willing to do it all for the money.  i blow alotta steam about this and that about materializm but what i really think about is my Family and my Cities and doin' it the most for all of them.  i be obsessin' about being a multi-billionaire and what i'd do with all of that money.  i be thinkin rich people do have problems (real problems) that the average person just doesn't understand like having all of that money and having trouble keeping TRUE people around you and leading a "normal" life.  And I'm like "still, even with all of that money i'd just go around throwing money at other people's problems".  But if I had to be that sacrifice I'd do it for the sake of humanity.


i'd buy a medium sized big ass house in Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley or Burlingame with a BOMB ASS VIEW, a couple ol' skool whips and new skool trucks.  a medical marijuana card, get my teeth looking brand new (no my teeth ain't fucked up but i would like a brand new clean cracker white smile).  I'd have a 500K recording studio in my basement and an Porn Set Up all in and around my property.   I'd be growing weed in a secret closet in my shirt closet in my room that has XM radio playing 24/7 just becuz of the myth that music makes plants grow.


i'd stay in a university environment when i got older and became a full-time philanthropist.  the reason being is so that i'd have an easier time getting the right resources in a timely matter and i could find a beautiful, smart, intelligent, freaky   (a total switch), paid woman.  sure most women throw themselves at rich men but at least she'd be cute and paid and we'd have things in common (best odds i think).  at the end of tha day a woman like that isn't really all that hard too find if you're sure about yourself as a man and what you want out of life.  sure there's more to compatibility than just those minor simple things but those few things beat out loneliness anyday.  


i'd provide my folks the best estate custom made.  the best health care, dental care, eye care, the best medicines.  the best cars, their house would have the highest and best view in the entire county, maybe even the Nation.  their bedroom would be by the kitchen and the theatre would be in the next room.  


i'd give the rest of my family an opportunity to become wealthy and international citizens aswell.  i'd reward them thru good grades and excellent health choices and the some who can stay the most sober and most law abiding.  i'd get my cousins outta prison sooner rather than later.  i'd get my grandma and crazy ass uncles outta bmore asap!  i'd get my my other uncle's on both sides carshops so other family members from their sides could work there (they all have an obsession with vehicles).


i'd build a low income luxury housing projects divided in sections that extends from Ft. Washington thru Temple Hills to Oxon Hill thru Camp Springs to Marlow Heights/Suitland, and Clinton/Surrattsvile Area.  i'd take 47% of immigrants broken down by %5 each of people from Somalia, Brazil, Asia, German, Dominican Republic, Russia, Phillipines, Haiti, Anywhere in the Middle East, Cuban-Descent, and Native American.  I'd fill the other 53% up with local residents that are overwhelmingly African American thru a Special Program for Families that have been in DC/Immediate DC Area for generations.  


I'd bring Hollywood to Oxon Hill and put an up and upcoming newly established and too big to fail empire/network in the business building (forgot the name right now) across the street from the Home Depot and Petsmart.  I'd buy out the land for those two companies and take 5% of the new business in the new area and change those two properties into "Special Effects" studios and so forth.  I'd bring ALL of the fashion to Largo MD and make it the fashion capital of Maryland and bring "hollywood"/"miami" type entertainment companies that deal with high end fashion and designers and relocate them to studio buildings that are being created as we speak at "Richie Station" in Largo right now.  


Plus I'd make a speed rail that gets you from Fredericksburg VA to the mall in Waldorf Maryland to the Casino in Delaware that stops at only all of the major landmarks and metros except in DC where it stops only at "selected areas".  


I'd establish land from Dumfries/Woodbridge/Dale City VA to College Park/Greenbelt/Takoma Park Area MD (including the entire District of Columbia as well as most of Montgomery County) as the 51st State of the USA.  We'd be the first state to start a new justice system that abides it's own laws (aswell as Federal laws) that have sub-court systems called "Petti Court" and "Violent Crimes Court" where you'd go 4 all of the dumb shit and where people with the "odds already against them" go to for court so that way we'd could keep the hardcore criminals with the hardcore criminals and the niggaz who got caught up (again) separate to help decrease prison violence and repeat offenders.  Maryland is already "progressive" with laws anyway (thank god).  Of course brand new schools and cheap daycare would have to be built, we'd have to bring plenty of green jobs here to support our economy too, we'd be the 1st state to try 2 go all of the way green and re-institutionalize our environment/State.


Starting from literally around the side-crossings The Senate Building to the Supreme Court Building to The White House to The Momument and The Pentagon would be established as "The Western District".  Residents between these areas would be relocated with enticing incentives and some small businesses would be relocated to accommodate the communities.   Old buildings would be knocked down (not historical of course) and "The Western District" would be redesigned as more of an Army Base or a "District" rather than a City.  It would be marked by a long metal fence that's spaced out so that you would know where you're at.  It would have it's own separate Area Code, Zip Code, and so on that would given exclusively the government departments/ and local businesses and institutions.  You could still spend the night in the District at a hotel and Tour here still.  I could get local congressmen and congresswomen to make deals which could benefit EVERYBODY (which would include giving Political Figures more room/perks than they already have now); let's not forget that "the chosen" are indeed special so let's give it to em if they deserve and most importantly reach that type of level.  It's shape would be a circle/rectangle/triangle



i'd buy the entire "RollinOnDubs" company and turn it into the next hip hop mecca (dubcnn).  I'd also branch off of it by starting smalltime local rap/rnb magazines that are available at gas stations and clubs showcasing regional talent exclusively (mainly the most well known/best).  


i'd buy out 92.3, 93.9, 95.5, and 96.3 FM and purchase two more radio stations in new frequencies (a total of 6 stations) and play radio god.  

92.3 - I'd expand from Baltimore to Fredricksburg and use that as the "Classic Hip Hop" station that plays only old skool rap, new underground rap like Curren$y/Willie D.  I'd use it as the station to "break" new up and coming rappers from the newly established state of "Atlantis".  It would be associated with all of the local sports associations as well for charity events and so on.  The Hot 97 of "Atlantis" if you will.  It would be the home to GoGo and Baltimore House music as well (yes, that does mean serious competitions and that's what i want - community spirit/involvement/enthusiasm)

93.9 - RnB/Pop RnB/90's RnB/Late-80's RnB/Neo-Soul/90's Neo-Soul/International Neo-Soul-3:30am-4:30am sun-thursday

#94.4 - Top40 (MTV type Top 40) mixed in daily "breaking" new local talent that caters to the Caucasian Pop crowd and Local Rock Band group.  This station would not be dominated by Hip Hop.

95.5 - Commercial Hip Hop/RnB Radio station.  

96.3 - Old school soul and rnb only.  old school jazz/blues played at night.

#98.2 - Gospel only station.  Only local gospel choirs and soloist from here though.  We'd play some commercial artists too but try 2 rationalize it 50/50.  It would be white gospel, spanish gospel, black gospel.  as long as it's gospel in english it's getting played.  i'd try 2 make a STAPLE in the church communities in the area.  Host local charity events thru the station and all of that good stuff.  i may not be the one to stay in a church but if I can inspire others and make people happy around me and around the whole entire area then I'm good.  I'd even pinch my pennies and expand it up the MidAtlantic to the Eastcoast to thru to the MidWest down to New Mexico.  Every State would have it's own local talent get the airtime but the stations would be consistent thru radio shows by big time gospel players and preachers.  


no radio station would play the same song twice with the same 2 hours daily.  unless if it's a new DJ getting on set  


I'd help build a green technology type car factory and project car factory in what is today Greenbelt Maryland.

I'd have a "From Less To Home" program for homeless people that can prove that they're from the area and have been over here for years.  I'd build an emergency youth complex out by the docks on Maine Avenue.  This would be handled/organized through my "Complete The Footprints Foundation" which is a separate business all by it'sself.  

I'd help build four housing complexes all each in a different corner in "Atlantis".  They'd be transition homes and homeless until they get back on their feet or if they need a place to get back on their feet homes for Military War Vets.  All in all the entire project would house/hold 8,000 people.  Rent would be around $300 a month and that would include Water and Electricity (becuz we'd be using green technology like solar panels so it'd be cheaper that way).

I'd put a NBA team in what is today Suitland Maryland next to Suitland Metro Station.

I'd give Chuck Brown, Big Gee, and Rare Essence their own streets and parks.  I'd put a GoGo music based recording studio down the street from Howard University off of "JunkYard Band Avenue" and "TCB Lane" off of "UCB Court".  All of the rooms would be named after Legendary GoGo Bands with Go Go artists and singers pictures on the wall from shows over the years.  It would become a new landmark.

I'd put a NFL team in Downtown Los Angeles.  Their colors would be Black/Black/White (in that order).  They'd be the "Los Angeles FlyTraps" or something like that.  Their mascot would be a Fire-Breathing/Acid drooling and belching Teal Venus FlyTrap with a BullFrog Body and Neck and two skinny leafs as handsthat have horns coming out of the back of tha fist.  The stadium would serve as a homeless shelter on off-game days.

I'd buy a Television that attacks other television stations, radio personalities, and internet media.  The anchors would be comedians from all over from all backgrounds doing various styles of comedy.  Inspired by Onion News Network but bigger and better.

I'd invest more in the Universities, Colleges, Community Colleges, Middle Schools in the State of "Atlantis" by becoming the State leading the future of Technology and Western Medicine in the Nation.

I'd help set up a large community in Upper Marlboro Maryland that consist of nothing but Halfway Houses, AIDS Survivors Homes, Cancer Survivors Homes, Orphanages, Group Houses for Kids, Group Houses for Teenagers from all across the United States, 2 Homeless Shelters, and a large apartment complex for Single Mothers with short cash who have 3 or more children.

I'd turn that empty huge building across the street from the WalMart in what is today Woodbridge Virginia and make it a recording studio that gets used by the schools in the state to perform in and record their music.  Time could be rented out to local artists as well but the schools would always have first priority.  

I'd open an Artistic Freedom School in the heart of what is today known as the U-Street Area in Washington DC that would be co-ran by Eryka Badu and Lady Gaga with a Team of 4 crazy exotic artists from around the world that Administrate classes.  It would be school to 2500 students from all over the world and the United States of America.

I'd build a weekend only casino/brothel that only operates on the water around what is today known as DC and National Harbor Maryland.  1/4 of all profits go to various charities and state funding.  

I'd build a separate speed rail system called "The MAC (Mid Atlantic Connector)" connecting the most of East Coast down to the South of the United States to each other by multiple rail connector systems.  You can travel the entire route within 3 minutes to 3 hours.  You can get anywhere on the line from $1 to $10 (flat-rate).  The catch is you just pay the distance you're going to from where you transfer from.  It's a 3 to 4 mile train (detachable) and it's 50 feet wide.  It would run from 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 366 days a year.  Smaller speed-rail systems with bus and train transfer points would be built to accommodate and ease traffic.  Those separate systems would run on the same schedule.  Since all of this would be ran off of sunlight and water/gel this can be accomplished.

- similar rail systems can be done with the rest of the Nation.  The "bored, ambitious, adventurous, playful, fearless, ready" young kid in the world inspired me.  also just imagine how many GOOD PAYING jobs would be created and maintained.  The urban markets would flourish 5fold at least.  It would boost local economies EVERYWHERE.  I'd stay in the background of everything (but hands on) disguised as a corporation so the average person wouldn't recognize who i am, my wife is, or who my kids are in public.  


If I got rich, a piece of the world would progress and only then will part of my passion for love and giving will be satisfied.

Just imagine how easy it would be for all of the homeless people to get around when they need to for next to nothing.  An older starving military veteran could be on the street and it could be freezing rain outside with snow already on the ground.  he/she could hustle up $10 and in 2 - 3 that person is in Miami Beach Florida getting out of the cold and bringing his/her New York currency rate down to Miami back to New York with him/her.  That 1 person would bring in extra cash for that (small) business and practicing good hygiene at the same time.
