International delivery times???

I ordered a mask from ebay for Halloween. It was to be sent out today (Fri) with the seller claiming it'd take between 4-10 business days to arrive.

Anyone in the UK who orders internationality able to give an accurate day +/- 1 day on when the package is most likely to arrive. Need it by the 29th October
