4EN6 Interview
« on: October 27, 2011, 01:33:17 PM »
http://illuminati2g.com/site/2011/10/27/4en6-interview/

I2G chilled with 4en6 for a exclusive interview. Many of you familiar with the site will instantly recognize 4en6 for his many appearances on the site and on our mixtape compilations. He talks about how he got started, his new album dropping on Halloween and much more so check it out.

Illuminati2g.com: First off tell us who 4en6 is?

4en6: I'm 4en6...The Epidemic…a.k.a. Trey Rivers, the individual, the artist, the musician, the songwriter, the imperfect human being that strives to gain as much knowledge as possible and be the best in everything I do in this short time I have in this world.

Illuminati2g.com: What makes you different from any other rapper? Why should people give you a chance and listen to your music?

4en6: I think I work harder per song than a lot if not all of these other rappers, I also refuse to "dumb down" any of my lyrics or concepts, plus I can write and spit to any beat. I never limit myself to one thing; I want to do it all! Plus I think I'm one of the few artists that would rather be an artistic success than a commercial one.

Illuminati2g.com: So you are dropping your debut album “4en6 Files” on Halloween. Tell us a little about it.

4en6: I feel my new album "4en6 Files" exudes versatility, I always have taken pride on being a versatile artist and I put a lot of hard work and passion into everything I choose to do. I'm sure everybody will at least hear a number of songs that they will enjoy a great deal, if not the whole album.

Illuminati2g.com: We have been hearing a lot about Ancient Flyers, what is that exactly?

4en6: Ancient Flyers is what I represent, innovation, artistic expression, originality, creativity and determination.

Illuminati2g.com: What are your thoughts on the west coast scene currently?

4en6: It's a hustle, a grind, there's nothing easy about it, and if you aren't ready to work then you aren't ready for success.

Illuminati2g.com: Whom would you like to work with in the future?

4en6: There are a few artists I would enjoy working with, let's see...there's Slaughterhouse, Devin The Dude, Eminem, Odd Future, Game, Jay-Z, Kendrick Lamar, Tech 9, Skeme, Hopsin, among others.

Illuminati2g.com: So what is next? What is coming after “4en6 Files?”

4en6: Well I am always into music, I have been my whole life, if I'm not recording then I'm playing the Piano or I'm writing songs for myself or other artists, I stay busy, I have another album and some mixtapes already in the works. I also act and work in a number of aspects of the film industry so you are going to see me in some upcoming film projects also.

Illuminati2g.com: Any last thoughts?

4en6: Yep yep go get my latest album "4en6 Files" a.s.a.p. and check out my YouTube channel at youtube.com/4en6h2o and our website ancientflyers.com and don't forget to tell me what you think. I enjoy feedback of all kinds. Shouts out to Illuminati 2G for taking the time to interview me!
