Tonight's fight completely cements the theory that Arum did NOT want to see his big time fighter face Mayweather. Floyd afraid of that piece of shit? Get the fuck out of here.
I'm talking about his skills. They're clearly a joke. He got exposed by a 38 year old boxer fighting in his 2nd fight at Welterweight. Again, people think Mayweather is afriad of his lack of skills? Please! People need to finally start talking shit about Arum, and realize he's the one that doesn't want Mayweather for Pac.

Could've named somebody better
I don't know. With the exception of Marquez, Pacquiao has done better with opponents that Mayweather has fought as well. I think Pacquiao is finally wearing down a lil bit. He has been in more wars than Mayweather, that's for sure. Mayweather is notorious for fighting people when they're no longer in their prime. I think last night's fight brings the chance of the mega fight happening becoming better than ever. And rayallen is on point: politics and not giving fans what the want is why boxing has been suffering lately. However, to call it dead is ridiculous. It's not dead, it is in a dark age though. Lack of solid feuds, lack of exciting new talent and politics is what's hurting it. The talent issue should improve in time (particularly in the heavyweight division). The fact that everyone seems to be a champion is an issue as well since it diminishes the importance of being a champion.I'm a fan of both MMA and boxing. Both are unique art forms in their own right. It's kind of annoying when people try and compare the two and say one is better than the other. They both have their pros and cons.

I know Mayweather is hip hops choice cuz he is black and cocky and 50 cents homie but can we please get people who respect the sport of boxing? Tyson lost fights does he suck? Ali did does he suck? 06-09 is an undeniable reign of greatness by him. Mayweather dominated from 98-07. No one here talks about boxers that arent manny or floyd.. Sergio Martínez is the #1 boxer in the world IMO but i don't think i've ever heard anybody talk about him. If i mentioned Glen Johnson or even fucking Felix Trinidad people would be clueless.

I am in no way saying you can't watch both I'm just saying people are strictly watching MMA now because of how people like Dana treats his fans.
