You have that in mp3 format?  Not a huge fan but I'll give it a few more listens.  That's one of my favourite cube tracks.... the tone is completely different with that beat.

It's the Madness 4 Real remix.  There's a DJ Jam remix as well.  I believe both came from the promo single.  I am not a big fan of either remix.  The original is much better with the harder beat.  The remixes are too laid back for this song.  It's nice to have some alternate mixes though.  They aren't horrible at least.

It's Dr. Jam, not DJ Jam from Tha Dogg Pound.

Used to have this on constant spin on the custom soundtrack whilst cruising around in San Andreas, funky shit.

Best Ghetto Bird remix instrumental is QD-III's Menace II Society version, which sits in a record company vault collecting dust.

I thought that was just a "skeleton" beat and QDIII made it into "Ghetto Bird" and i remember hearin' a rumor that Eazy-E and Too Short were tryin' to get that beat too.

Yep Eazy, Short and Cube phoned for the beat, stupid record company did not make a move.

As we are talking about Ghetto Bird, it should of been a single.

This as close we got to that, would of made a classic video :
