I'm wearing them for me, because I LIKE THEM, i stated this in my last post, i assume u didn't read in detail or didn't get the context of it.like i said if people can afford it, y do people get corvettes or g37s rather than a corolla or camry when it initially does the same thing; get you where u need to be. because they prefer it.i didn't get it to impress anyone, it seems like the only part of the thread was the last part, yea its a plus its a nice ice breaker, obviously i didn't get it to "impress" people.im not gonna buy a dodge challenger to "impress" people, its because i want it, it may sound selfish but i care more bout what i want than what others think of me, i can careless. if i was so into "impressing people", y would i wear dickies, white t's and jerseys, that shit aint impressing anyone, i just prefer it.if u have a job, you can basically afford it with cutting down on expenses, my homie buys j's i don't, i would only buy the all white 06 3's. but id buy beats if i had the money. he buys over priced shoes i buy over priced headphones, WHY? because we prefer it.its the concept of LIKING something loland yea the studios for a present, sold it for 350, and got my pros for 400, so only spend 50 dollars on my prosLmao I can picture you sitting in front of the mirror listening to music and thinking you look cool. hahahahaah

Headphones though are a technological item, and are not a good investment by comparison. Either's a car though I suppose.Cars are a good investment. Expensive cars are still gonna be considered stylish after they are outdated. Generic cars aren't (unless they're mentioned in a rap song), but then again you aren't spending on them. Anyway, headphones wont even last long enough to be a good investment.

Depreciation sets in really quick for standard cars nowadays unless it's ones like you mentioned. I paid £8000 for a car 2 years ago, and already it's worth £2500I just can't see the need in paying outrageous prices for an item which is bought and based primarily on its functionality. How can you make headphones look any different from any of the others besides a little colour or logo?
Quote from: Chamillitary Click, literally. on November 17, 2011, 11:07:44 PMI got the Solo's. I've listened through both. I'm not going to sit here & say the Solo's are better. The Beats are better overall. But considering I don't know where this nigga above me gets it for $50 lol, I'd rather pay $150 for headphones that sound quality wise is almost identical instead of paying near $500 (with shipping) for basically a slightly better version of the product.Plus they aren't as bulky.in a sense i only payed $50, got a barely used studios from my step cousin as my bday present, and my pops friend wanted my studios and he payed me 350 for them (its like a korean thing, he wanted the studios no doubt, he's an old young guy like my pops but, its like a korean thing to give extra money for u to fuck around with)and it was $400 dollars at best buy, so basically i only spent 50 dollars on those pros, since i got the original studios as a present.there a significant difference in the pros, the bass bumps much harder than the studios. i hadn't tried the solos so i wouldn't know the diff between solos and studios, but the bad thing about the pros is it hurts your ears after an 2 hours, every time on the plane i have to switch to my shitty ass standard iPhone headphones because it starts hurting my ears. but after 10 mins i just but them back on.but damn I'm super cautious of my beat pros, shits like jewelry. cuz i leave all my work stuff and my pros at the office in india, i don't trust them indian hotel mother fuckers, they'll come up on my shit.
