DJ Yella (N.W.A.) - New Album Coming 2012!!

His cousin @PLAYBOYT got on Twitter saying Yella's got a new album coming with a summer 2012 release which will feature "hella L.A and Bay niggas".

I'm interested to see how Yella's production sounds like after he "retired" all those years ago to become a porn director. Also looking forward to seeing what features he has on the album. It would be sick to see him get back in the studio with Cube, Ren and Dre.

I always thought Yella was underrated as a producer back in the day. He did some sick beats.

Ren, quite possibly. Cube & Dre? I somehow doubt it. Remember he wasn't called when NWA "reunited" with Snoop.

yeah. but remember he didn't do anything wit them on one mo nigga ta go (classic material !!!!!!) either. i think he should include niggas like too short, dirty red, ren,etc. and i hope his production game in intact though it's been a while.
