There is more shit, but more good music on the other side as well. You'll never hear that analogue sound again, unless studios go back to using old equipment.i love it when euros add the extra vowel into words likeanalogue , colour, neighbourhoodwhats the science behind it? oh yall fancy huh?

Fans who swear they are engineers, acting like they can't tell what's dope or not by sound quality, yet they started listening to music in the 90's which was the era of bootleg tapes.
*Rappers having to maintain some hard-core gangster image*People who listen to hip hop are considered juveniles or wiggers*People listening to hip hop taking it too far and making it some sort of culture*The rappers who don't change their old washed up style*The fans who aren't willing to go along with their favorite artist's new style*A lot of the beats sound the same*A lot of the raps sound the same*Too many album delays*Relies too much on mixtapes for buzz*Jacks the style of whatever's popular*Too many complains about today's generation*Not enough complaints about the yester generation*Too many songs about money and women*Spends too much money on shit they don't need (big ass chains, gold grills, cars, prostitutes and a whole lot of alcohol)*Too many guest features on one album or one song*Too focused on their image*Delusional people that think listening to gangster rap makes them gangsterJust to list a few...
*The fans who aren't willing to go along with their favorite artist's new style
If a skit has a point, like telling a story or introducing a track, then its fine. But there's way too many skits that add nothing to the album.I don't like how mainstream rap tends to follow a formula moreso than any other music genre. Alex da Kid produces a hit song and all of a sudden everyone else wants a song that sounds exactly like it. I don't listen to too many other genres but rap has to be the most watered down by far. A lot of these rappers rap to be famous and sell records, while I feel other artists are more likely to put out albums for the sake of making music. Lady Gaga (while I think she sucks) is putting out all kinds of weird music. Just because she can. The biggest rappers are too busy copying each other to do something interesting (with the exception of Watch the Throne).

Sometimes an artist is trying something new, and sometimes they are going along with established trends. I'm not willing to go along with Ice Cube trying to be crunk.
