This book is awesome. Haven't been able to stop reading it. The guy's crushed about Mariah fo sho'.
The entire book was a phenominal read. It nails a lot of what is wrong with the industry at this moment. And to nail home the point, if this had been released in physical form at a bookstore and I paid $16 for it, I would feel more fulfilled from that purchase then just about any CD I've bought since as long as I can remember. As a music fan that bothers me. All in all, lots of great stories in there. I'd kill to get a physical copy of it. I can imagine a lot of these wannabe A&Rs that frequent this forum learning quite a bit from reading this. He breaks down a lot of the goings-on in radio.

The guy's crushed about Mariah fo sho'.i read the majority of it just now, a great read for most here i'd imagine. thanks to damizza for putting it out, free or not. maybe coulda been a pay what you like type thing like they do on bandcamp or steam with independent game bundles. i woulda put down some dollars based on the value of what i got out of it.without going into crazy detail, couple of thoughtsdre - comes across as a very cool dude. current artistic situation seems to be all about the yes men/suits. not having enough poeple in touch with music from a fans perspective (like mizza) around him anymore. also the business as a whole as out of touch. a lot could be said about this topic, relating it to other parts of the entertainment industry and broader economic issues.unreleased records - quik produced a track for mariah carey? also quik's work on b-real solo album. one track is mentioned as being amazing.
