Bottom line, "Which rappers do you believe have a negative affect on the listener?". There is no way somebody who raps about killing people & everybody being snakes & the world is a lie & is against you has a POSITIVE affect on the listener. A positive affect means you walk away from his music saying with a positive feeling. You walk away from Pac songs saying, "Wow, the world is fucked up. Fuck police. Hahaha, fuck Biggie Smalls. WESTSIDE. FUCK THE EASTCOAST, KILL KILL KILL!". That's a negative affect. Jay or Wayne rapping about chillin' in the club, spending your hard earned money to have a good time & walking out of there with some pussy you're gunna go home & fuck, that's a positive affect.Pac was great. Not going to take it away from him or anything. But his subjects were purely negative for a listener.even pac wasnt saying his music was gangsta rap, it still was in some way. if you only want to hear all that positive shit than why are you even registered here?west coast music is gangsta rap and gangsta rap is violent, they portray the negative aspects of life, they report it. if you want to listen some "chillin in the club" and "peace/funny"-shit, listen to lil wayne and de la soul.i dont get it. how about ice cube?ice-t?mc eiht?SPICE 1 (guy whose songs 99% were about murder?), brotha lynch (even worse).you dont like this kinda music?why you here?i dont get it?are you even a west coast fan?if not, WHY ARE YOU HERE?tell me.

I listen to it because I enjoy it. My favorite artists are Eminem & Joe Budden. Em raps about killing people & doing drugs. Joe Budden raps about his depressing fucking life lol.But no matter which way you slice it, Pac's music isn't a positive affect on the listener. I 100% agree that everyone you named in your last post is a more negative influence. But Brian, that dumb fuck, said Pac had the MOST positive affect on the listener. That just isn't true. ESPECIALLY when you say the top two WORST influences are two guys who make "chill music" that for the most part refrain from violence & are more random punchlines.I love West Coast music. But don't sit here like a fucking idiot & try to tell me you walk away from West Coast Hip Hop after listening about guns & bloods & crips & say you were "highly positively affected" by that lmao.

So 2pac making songs about wanting to kill Biggie isn't negative, but Biggie who stayed out of the beef had lyrics that were "too violent and pornographic?" Shit man, when it comes down to it i'll take Pac over Biggie any day, but your thought process on this one is ridiculous.

Shit man, when it comes down to it i'll take Pac over Biggie any day, but your thought process on this one is ridiculous. Some of Big's lyrics I thought were a little tasteless. When Pac talks about sex in his music it's a little more romance like "Heaven Ain't Hard 2 Find" or it's on some ain't no fun if the homies can't have none type of shit like on "Rather Be Your N.I.G.G.A." so men can relate to that shit. But for Biggie I felt like some of his lyrics were just a little too tasteless in their pornagraphy. But this is coming from somebody who doesn't even watch porn. I wasn't even dissing Biggie, I consider Biggie one of the all-time greats from the golden age of rap. I was just saying I don't put him in my top 5-10 and one of the reasons is I felt some of his lyrics were a little too pornographic and tasteless, like the joint he did with Kim on disc 2 of Life After Death and also the "Nasty" joint are examples of tracks I skip.
The blood gang embraces Tupac as a member even if YOU dont.
U gotta realize Infinite that most white people and South Americans and everybody else under the sun (other than Carribian people and Africans) don't really understand Hip Hop. They still honestly believe its only about 808s And Heartbreaks with a lotta ballin on the side. It's sad but it's the truth. They have a respect for the culture but they don't truly understand it. To them all that matters is Young Money Records and Ringtones. I could go on but why bother, I'm not the Biological Father of anybody on here. At the end of the day bitches like V Nasty and Riff Raff will never have a true place in Hip Hop no matter who co-signs/signs them. Hip Hop wasn't meant for them, its only for their entertainment. Niggaz have died for decades over these raps, 1 or 2 websites and a couple of co-signs aren't gonna let the flood gates open. That's wishful thinking and closedmindedness. That might make u mad but u shoulda already knew. I'm not against every single white rapper and producer but I am against the infiltration and blatant disregard and blatant exploitation of my culture. I'm pretty sure I'm not alone on that either. But at the same time we shouldn't try to neutralize the game either, it's just not natural. Hip Hop IS unique to Blacks from America. I don't know what Fat Joe was trying to say about Julio from next door but that pussy was all of tha way off. Also, the "argument" doesn't start and end in the Hip Hop Community either so lets not obey every word and command of some celebrity like its the Gospel.
Deal with it, that's all I can say. If u don't like it then find a friend and let your frustrations out about it. Yelling at me and trolling isn't gonna change shit lolMy question to you is why does it bother u so much

Brian, what about Eminem? His lyrics were far more disgusting and misogynistic than Biggies and you love Eminem. Makes no sense.
