Lowry has really looked great this season and Smith is playing at the level that i think we all expected him to reach awhile ago.

so will probs change this lineup throughout right up until the all star break but at this moment this is how my ballot looks.

Edit: put Westbrook in for Lowry, also put in marc gasol for Bynum. guards were really hard to chose besides Kobe. Lowry, Jennings, Wall, Jack, D. Williams, S. Curry were all good choices. and yes curry has been injured but has looked great when he played. and i mean tremendous.

How Al Jefferson is behind fucking Kendrick Perkins in the voting is off the top ridiculous. also Greg Monroe should def be a top 5 vote getter for a center but he isn't even top 6 in the east. Also Josh Smith has been playing amazing this season and he isn't getting any votes either. Most these people voting no players on there own teams then just the big name stars (ala Kobe, Rose, Lebron, Howard.) fucking Kevin Garnett is 4th in the east for a forward, Josh Smith can't even place the top 10 but an extremely average Garnett can be 4th. and fucking Hedo Turkoglu  is 10th...Hedo fucking Turkoglu?!?!

Stoudemire is having one of his worst seasons ever...and is in 3rd.

as a team i think its good but i vote on performance.
Wade has been injured and has had a sub par season for him.
Melo is actually having a pretty great season but Josh Smith is having an even better one IMO while winning and not having shit chemistry.

I will say his shooting has been pretty off lately but he has made up for it in other areas. His biggest issues are his health. He is still one of the league's top scorers and can take over a game any given day. I will correct myself as he started out great (look at early season games vs Wizards, Raptors & Celtics) But as of now you can tell his wrist is fucking with his shot.

His Rebound & Passing have gotten much better though especially recently and i think it is the drive in Melo to win but he is just a pure scorer and without that part of his game its gonna be hard.

Now, with the MLB where the game actually has serious implications in the playoffs I can see making a change, but with the NBA there's no reason to, obviously, fans are the ones that make the league run, and second, it's not like the game actually matters. Sure it's fun watching the the elite players go at it, but the game is a basically a joke from a competitive standpoint until the final minutes. Obviously basketball heads know that the system is flawed but if the average fan wants to see popular players that are out of their prime I see zero problem with it.

Why are you guys always bitching, it used to be worse. Last year Duncan made the All-Star team, lol. You can't seriously mean that Lowry should start in this All-Star game. It's just to show off that you know something.

I remember in another forum niggas were like "Eric Gordon is better than Paul and Griffin, damn what a horrible basketball trade, people just wanna fill seats and be on top of the highlights"... those niggas just said that to seem insightful, because Gordon is a lot less famous than Paul or Griffin. In reality, Paul and Griffin are both clearly more valuable. Just like Lowry shouldn't start in the All-Star game.

With that said, Pierce is a bum now and shouldn't play. Neither should Duncan or Garnett. I bet my dick on at least one of them making it, maybe even all 3.

no i vote on who is having the best & most impressive season. Paul is not having an amazing season by any stretch of the imagination

Lowry is scoring about the same, passing about the same and his rebound for a point is great and puts him over the top. Leading a team that on paper is a lottery team to a respectable 8-7 record.

So yes if i want to vote on some overall rating of a player like this is a video game i would give it to another. but i think Lowry actually deserved it.
