This "code" means to me that I don't knock out people who are clearly physically inferior. I wouldn't hit someone I can overpower without hitting them and that goes for most women (and like I said, every woman I met yet). I didn't say that you couldn't defend yourself to someone that poses a threat. If that person is a woman, too bad for her, but that case seems very hypothetical to me.
