This mainly because Snoops best albums were his G-Funk albums, His Flow and vocals just mesh better with that production style. Snoops a Rapper not a singer, in Funk you generally have to Sing. Course a Snoop Funk album would be a interesting listen. If anyone could do it, it probably would be snoop, I mean if he branched out into Country, then why not the genre that essentially help built your career.

Never said it was. Snoop had a hand in writing classics though. The majority were written 91 til he left Death Row (u can't escape that). I remember Rage sayin Snoop was always freestylin in the early days, and that's how he'd write.
