I aint gonna read all that shit the reason 2pac died was simple:

2pac became a blood through affiliation (Blessed in) after going to death row, got into with a fucking Crip, the crip retaliated boom he died.  Simple as that, no fucking east-coast westcoast bullshit, no Suge over masters bullshit.. All it was, was just fucking gang violence.  The proof is clear as day, no goverment conspiracy, no "prophecy", he died because he made the mistake of getting into gangbanging, simpe as that. If he had never started trying to be a gangster in 96, he'd probably see 97.  Hell the line "You from the south" says it all, if he wasn't trying to be that shit, fucking Suge Knight probably would of just got his body guards to do it. 

IMO 2pac deserved to die, that motherfucker was Rich, had the biggest, fastest highest selling album at the time, was doing 3 Movies at the time, yet started thugging after he got famous and gangbanging LONG after he was famous at during his peak of stardom.  That's just stupid.

Nah, i don't think government is responsible for his death. I mean, sure Tupac was in gov's radar, but I don't think he was that of an actual menace to eliminate him that way. They could of do it a million different & more professionnal way.

If u really think about it, Suge would of have been a very more serious threat to autorities. Dude was feared, even inside police world. I mean not physically feared, but because of the influence he had. Shit is linked to the rampart scandal. Shit is linked to corrupted cops. Dude got Cochran & Kenner on his legal team, Longo or whatever his name is in his pocket.. Looks more like an actual, a concrete menace than Tupac at that time. So, they killed a rapper, but not a behind the scene big man who was actually a big more menace inside at least LA country..

None of us will ever know, however the easiest theory is clearly the Orlando Anderson one.

As someone pointed out earlier - Suge was feared, and had a lot of pull in the police/legal side of things true, BUT, that was easily squashed by jail and removing his bankable business..

Arguably you could say they attempted to assassinate 2Pac by putting him in jail over a BS rape/sexual assault charge, but he was more vocal, and influential. He wouldn't be the kind of guy you'd expect to keep his mouth shut, and when you can't keep your big mouth shut, and at the same time - gather huge audiences across the globe, and preach struggle, anti-system, real change, and subtlety put in 'possible' truths in your music, and couple that with his family background and history, it's not far fetched to believe that he may have been targeted especially after he never shut up with being put in jail to demoralise him. Apart of me thinks it's just BS though, but then you look at other things in the world. JFK for example, speaks on secret societies and is later killed by some random 'Lee Harvey Oswald', and killing a guy like 2Pac would be pretty easy considering all of his enemies.
