a beat question (fake dre beat?)

sorry for another dr. dre question. I know that the so called detox beats (first youtube link - leaked years ago) are supposed to be fake, but at least the beat starting at 5:03 sounds (imo) very similar to the "young world"-beat. maybe the other beats weren't that fake too?
