I feel like Snoop and Cube have just forgotten how to make good music. But Kurupt skillwise has fallen far far below what he used to be capable of.

Kurupt fell off since 05/06, with various lows before that. Same Day Different Shit & BlaQKout are personal classics though (of differing qualities of course). Dudes never really been a deep lyricist, just a raw spitter who's dropped some of the wests all time greatest verses in his prime.

Cubes early efforts are classic acclaimed albums, something Kurupts never achieved. As far as I'm concerned Ice Cube fell off far harder. He went from classic political, socially aware/controversial albums....to utter bullshit studio gangsta stereotypes. Sure he drops hard verses about his balls gettin blown off by fine bitches and all that shit, but his lyrical impact is a joke compared to his former self. And like Kurupt, when he's bad he just sounds plain goofy/embarrassing. :-X

Snoop was never truly that great but he was always cool. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts with Doggystyle. Production and features complete the pieces of the puzzle. So long as Snoop remains cool he stays in favour, you know his skill never fell off when you hear him on Kush...just give him the all elements of a great west coast album and he will shine still. So I wouldn't say he's ever really fallen off as an individual, just his artistic career peaks and troughs depending on the people he's workin with.

Dre's no different now than he was 10+ years ago. Until Detox drops we can't say if he lost it or not!! 8)

So I say Cube.

CUBE, SNOOP and KURUPT all fell off but I will probably have to go with the guy who used to be my favorite...... KURUPT! Considering what he used to be, he completely lost the dedication. He will spit a nice verse every 100 songs. It's obvious all three of these guys have other things in mind. They left their prime and that's where it ends. I'm over that shit already. TO be a great MC, you need to stay consistent and dedicated. Especially if you want to keep up with the younger, hungrier rappers. These fools do shit to pass time and make money. You need to have pride to stay on top and I feel they decided to pass the torch a while back. It's time for the younger cats too shine or even the older dudes who still stay dedicated and continue to have pride.

I'd say Kurupt or Ras.  It's sad when Kurupt freestyles better than what he ended up recording for a studio album.  Ras just killed himself with that Game situation and never really bounced back with anything that really caught on.

While Snoop and Cube have fallen off music-wise, I don't really fault them that much... Snoop is far more iconic than he used to be and performs on much bigger concerts now (isn't he supposed to be at Coachella this year?), and Cube has a decent movie career.  While I don't doubt they have love for the music, their priorities don't lie within the studio to make shit that people will download and/or torrent.

definitely Snoop Doggy Dogg!!!!

dude has just tried so hard to remain in the mainstream it's ridicoulous!!

and kurupt aint never even been a big azz attraction forreal! so for me him falling off dont mean shit cuz he aint been nothing since like 04 or 05' SMH @ Dogg CHIT

cube i dont think as much cuz he has atleast dropped some good songs every now and then but snoop has dropped like two or three terrible albums in a row so it's easy!

bbuutttt if we talking skills then easily kurupt and ras kass!!

shit i'd even say Xzibit i haven't heard a dope verse from him in almost 10 years NO JOKE!!!!!!
