that wasn't a death row cd IMO.

It is though.  I think all of those songs were recorded while Nate was on DR Records and the copy I have with him sitting on the chair on the front cover is an official DR release before it was shelved.

It was only 16 songs and the album was out only for like a week or two.

There was no Death Row without Snoop. Look how the golden era of Death Row lines up with Snoop's duration there..
