Does anybody remember these guys? Are they from the west?

They released a couple of albums around 1998 time featuring tracks with 2Pac & Biggie and some O.G Pac songs.
Does anybody have any info on them as i cant really anything about them online?

The two albums i have are "Stop The Gunfire" & "The Pac & BIG You Never Heard".

How did they get hold of the pac & big stuff to release??
