But Jay Z doesn't really ever work with Eastcoast/NY rappers and producers and u never hear anybody complain about it.  Maybe I should do some more fact checking but Just Blaze is from Jersey, Kanye is from Chicago, Pharrell and Tim are from Virginia, Dre is from Cali, Ross is from Miami, Rhianna is from the Islands, etc etc.  one of the few people from NY/East that Jay ever works with besides Just Blaze is Young Guru and that's pretty much about it. 


Dre been in the game almost 30 years now and as much as I would absolutely LOVE and kill 4 is an all-star cast of the past, present, and future from California/West I know it's going to go in a slightly different direction that's probably more for Europe than it is for the Black Youth in America that we've all come to admire, love, and expect from Andre Young.

Exactly. You guys keep making it seem like he's missing 1 person to come in and push it over the top. DOC couldn't do it. Scott Storch/Mel-Man couldn't do it. 50/Eminem couldn't do it. Game/Kendrick Lamar/Jay Rock couldn't do it. Daz/Kurupt/Soopafly can't do it. Rick Ross/Meek Meelz/Pharrell damn sure can't do it. You really think The Glove is all it takes?

Dre has too much material, no direction, and he's afraid of not meeting the 10+ years of expectation he put on himself.
