Live From L.A. 1999 Interview with Snoop Dogg, DJ Quik, Xzibit, Nate Dogg & others (BET)

Dope footage. Quik's poem was tight.
"Hip Hop was better off when it was just Dre, Scarface, and Esco"

Damn! I remember that show... Couldn't remember what it was called though. I remember this episode. What was the name of that lady? I remember she also hosted other BET shows.

I think it was on this show where Kurupt was interviewed and talked about when he squashed his beef with Ja Rule in person.

That would be nice to see. It was weird that Ja Rule was on "G-TV" with Irv Gotti.

I remember most of it.  They asked him about it, and he just said he wasn't really beefing anymore, and when asked about Ja Rule specifically, he said that they met up in person and that Ja Rule ended up being a good guy and that they really didn't have any problems, followed by the mandatory audience applause.

I thought the same thing, but what was odd was that Kurupt and Ja were never really in the same frame together on G-TV, though obviously that footage is from the same day.  It was easy to see since Ja had on that shirt for The Fast and the Furious all colorful and shit to promote the movie.

Rachel Stuart.  She hosted "Planet Groove" and "Caribbean Rhythms".
