My bad, according to http://www.djomarseedless.com/ its a 9th Wonder insro from a beat CD he gave to Hittman for his album.

I'm guessing the session was recorded as late as 2003?? That's when the other Formula freestyle came out (Once Upon A Time In The Projects 2003).

I guess 9th Wonder gave the beat to Rapsody as this was unreleased til now.

The meeting took place at my record store thaformula.com Records, which was a side project I had from the magazine. We all met up on a sunday afternoon just chilllin’ vibing to “9th Wonder’s” beat cd which had some of the best hip-hop production I’ve ever heard. I’m pretty sure 9th Wonder knew Dr Dre would eventually here the work, so 9th came with all heaters to the table.
