Suge needs to let it go.  He needs to fall back and live a life out of the spot light.  His time has come and gone.  Blaming Puffy for Pac's death is laughable.  If I remember correctly, Pac AND Suge were the ones beating that Crips' ass in Vegas.  If anything, Suge is indirectly responsible for Pac's demise.  Gassing him up thinking he was untouchable.

But Rick Ross is a punk though.  I don't endorse hating, but I definitely don't endorse faking.  I understand why Suge would want to go at Ricky -- contrary to belief, it's not to get attention (since it's not like Ricky has the biggest name in hip-hop, plus he'd get more media attention by going at someone else), but more because of reasons that we are all aware of... he jacked the name and persona of a well-known California drug kingpin and tried to profit from it while having been a CO himself while denying it.  TONS of rappers have gone on record saying that that was a bad move... not the fact that he was a CO but the fact that he didn't admit to it at first to try to look credible but in the end looked like a liar.  Even Raekwon was interviewed saying that he personally wouldn't have cared about someone having been a CO to pay their bills, especially since it's mostly police who aren't liked, not COs, who are technically not law enforcement officers.  Most COs generally try to have decent relationships with inmates anyway, contrary to the "police" who most rappers hate on.

I wouldn't say that Suge put the West Coast back, at least not anywhere close to that degree.  He didn't split up any camps, he just kept Death Row at that given time at odds with former artists, but he wasn't in a position of power to hinder the West Coast.  Whatever threats he made and even putting out Chronic 2000 didn't stop Dre from creating a new hip-hop empire and releasing 2001 anyway.  Similarly Snoop was perfectly capable of releasing numerous albums himself and still making millions.  Both of them put more rappers on during that time.  Seriously, what did Suge do after Death Row dissolved?  He just hated on people, for the most part.  Most of the people who got jumped, robbed or whatever were generally not people who you were waiting to hear an album from anyway.

No he won't.  For one thing, it's not like Rick networked with EVERY CO in the country, and he only did it for a really short amount of time anyway, so it's not like COs across America would be wanting to exact revenge on Suge for beating up a rapper who DENIED being a CO.  Unless you are in for killing an officer, the COs are the least of your worries.
