Shaolin Kung-Fu

i started practising shaolin kungfu yesterday.. my first lesson.. dayem... that was some MAJOR shit going on... i've practised taekwondo before, but kung fu seemed far more advanced... im looking forward to learn backflips and battling with sticks and shit

Ive always wanted to try something like that...done kickboxin before....but shaolin style seems so much more dedicated, both mind and body!

ignore that foo....

I did Judo for about 4 years. got to be be a green belt with 2 black stripes (1 more stripe and i'd have progressed to blue belt after that theres only brown belt before black belt). At the same time I was also playing rugby for my local junior team + skateboardin on and off (which i've started again) so I was.. and still am pretty good balance/stability wise.

i also did kenpo one time. i'd like to do kung-fu but i dont think there's anywhere nearby.

Nice, I always wanted to do that, Ive done karate before, but wanted to check out Shaolin Kung Fu.  I dont think they teach it anywhere near here :-/

Thats cool man.. I'm nearly brown belt in Karate.. Not far till black.. Then i wanna change martial arts to Kung Fu or Ninjitsu.. But Ninjitsu is some MAJOR shit.. Kung Fu seems cool i need to find a local club which does it... Let us kno how ur goin in it man.!
