when i first saw the title, i thought hutch was going to sue Dr.Dre over g funk
I don't really see how Aftermath is at fault here. If Hutch didn't have his version of the song to prove it then what could they do about it? If Eve & Swizz Beatz redid the song @ Ruff Ryders with Faith Evans then those people are the negligent parties, not Aftermath/Dre. Also, it says in the article when he went to Aftermath to seek help he was VP at Death Row at that time. It just so happens right around that time Death Row was putting out albums with tracks titled "Fuck Dre" and put out DVD's with directions to Dre's house. Hutch most likely had nothing to do with any of that stuff, but his Death Row affiliation was definitely not gonna make anybody at Aftermath stick their neck out for him. Also, does anybody else find it super suspect that Hutch never mentioned he worked for Aftermath until now? I'm not doubting he did, but with all that talk about Dre stealing G-Funk from him you would think that he would have mentioned that at some point. Maybe Dre gave him a shot at Aftermath and he completely blew it?
