This is just taking the piss

England 1 - 3 Australia

We conceded three goals to them stupid fuckin Aussie twats on home soil? I think its about time we got someone ENGLISH in as manager, not some overpaid Swedish nobhead.

Gary chuffin Neville? Shave your porno tash you stupid fuck. David James pranced like a fuckin fairy everytime a cross came in. What was Owen doing? Why does this overrated little boy get into the side? James beattie wasnt amazing but atleast he made an effort.

Jenas, Rooney, and Murphy (as much as I hate the scouse git) played better then most of the first halfers. The sooner Woodgate is back from injury the better because Sol "lets throw ourselve into everytackle" Campbell is a stupid fuckin donkey.

....and if Seamen and Heskey make it into the squad Sven should be shot. He needs to stop fuckin stupid bitches that are after his money and start going to football games.

RIO!! RIO!! RIO!! RIO!!

I hope him and Neville play like that on Saturday, both got roasted for the Aussie goals, shamefull, i hope Fergie can convince them to abandon their country like Roy Keane did.

Owen? Beattie? Blah.. Franny (one chance one goal) and Roonaldo are the fucking future, Jenas also played a blinder.

Shame on Sven for playing Scholes and Cole when they were blatantly unfit aswell.

The Aussies deserved it, we have'nt outplayed a team since Denmark.

lol

Isn't it amazing how Gary Neville, Rio Ferdinand, Paul Scholes, Ashley Cole, Sol Campbell, David Beckham either play shit or look like they can't be bothered.  The second half team played better because... the match was more important to them.  They were playing for their future careers, ie. Mills.  Week in week out Gary Neville is better than Danny Mills by a huge margin.  Why?  Because he is naturally a better player.  But tonight, this match meant fuck all to Gary Neville (just using him as an example, there are others).  Do you think Neville wants to risk injury playing full pelt against a third world football nation when hes playing in the biggest match of the season on saturday, is gonna be playing Juventus in the European Cup in a week etc.?  Fuck no.  So why the suprise when England play shit?
Contrast that with Lazaridis, Chipperfield, Skoko, footballing nobodies, couldn't clean majority of England first teams boots.  But this is a huge match for these guys, Australia want to prove they are worthy of competing at the very top, these players have next to nothing domestically, so they go full pelt internationally.  Kewell, Okon and Viduka as well.  They play well because 1)England is more glamorous than Selhurst Park and 2)They don't give a shit  about Leeds in their current situation.

So either get angry about it, pretend players that have won everything in their careers are really Scottish Division 2 or accept the realities that the England first teamers who are playing for everything at club level DON'T GIVE A SHIT ABOUT AN INTERNATIONAL FRIENDLY AGAINST KANGAROOS.

I'm right.
You know it.

i hope Fergie can convince them to abandon their country like Roy Keane did.

Roy Keane gives everything week in week out for club.
Has dodgy knees.
Plays 60 games a season, and the stats show that he runs further in a game than any other Prem player.
In the matches that matter, he plays his heart out (ie. vs Holland), doing 10 times more than anyone else.
International friendly comes along he prioritises, so he misses the big match vs Outer Mongolia on a Tuesday night on a shitty pitch.  Niall Quinn would never miss it would he?  Although he can't be bothered to suddenly 'get fit' for the clubs that pay his wages.
Keane demands Ireland setup incorporates proffesionalism, just like Wenger, Fergie - the top managers in the game.
"Do you think Jimmy Floyd Hassaibank is eating pizza?"
Macho Ireland manager gets upset at hearing the truth, accuses Keane, the greatest player the Republic have ever had, of faking injury, in front of every other Ireland player.
Keane snaps.
Cue furore, Keane too principled to apologise when he actually did very little wrong apart from being honest.
Mcarthy soon realises Ireland are shit without Keane (BUT THEY BEAT SAUDI ARABIA 3-0 WITHOUT HIM!!!!!!!!!!!), has already fucked up Euro 2004, and leaves.
Kerr comes in, makes no real moves to accomodate Keane, is not good enough to rescue campaign.
Keane sits at home, with United chasing 4 trophies, Keane just come back from surgery prioritises.  He figures that, if he is to give his all in every game, he can only do that by marginalising the lesser games.
Let 'honourable' players like Mcateer doss about with Sunderland in the Premiership and put in a bit of effort in Macedonia, Keane is 32, has injury problems, is not willing to be the only real fighter of a lost cause, and go unappreciated.
Keane takes advice from the man he most respects and trusts in football, and retires.

There's the truth, try and look past the media spin next time, because if you don't think Alan Shearer and Bergkamp (and many others), were not advised by people within the game to give up international football in order to give your all for the team that pays your wages, you're very mistaken.

If Robson had got the Ireland job, Keane would've played against the Jocks last night, theres no question over his ability for me, theres only 2 defensive midfielders in the same league as him as far as im concerned (Zanetti, Vieira), he just did'nt get things his way and is punishing the Irish players/fans by retiring imo, but its his career and at 32, its only fair he can do whatever he feels is best for him.

But Robson didn't get the Ireland job.

Were Shearer/Bergkamp 'punishing the fans'?

for once.
these friendlies are a waste of time. managers have found out that sven is a walk over, the effort put in in the first half was a joke, but what do you expect?
i couldnt really give a shit anyway. i find it hard to support a team with is captained by beckham and with owen up front.

i would MUCH rather prefer for arsenal to win on saturday than for england to of won last night, shit id rather arseanl win the fa cup than england win the world cup.

Nope, you know why? Cause in their case there were adequate replacements for example when Bergy retired there was a whole host of talent to replace him, Hasselbaink, Kluivert and Ruud Van Nametoolong, same with Shearer albeit to a lesser extent. Who can replace Keane for Ireland? Kilbane? Kinsella? The almighty Mcateer? Reid? Holland? we all know that Keane has been Ireland's best player since Brady and probably of all time, the team/fans are paying the price for the FAI's shortcomings.

We were awful in the first half, but in the second half we looked better. I actually thought that Wes Brown and Ledley King played well in the centre of the defense and certainly looked more agressive and more well organised that Rio Ferdinand and Sol Campbell. Rooney did more in five minutes than Beattie had for the entire first half, and Jenas played really well.

The whole Roy Keane thing was his fault and I can't see how people can blame the FAI for him not playing in the world cup. Ferguson has obviously now advised him to retire so he has, although I do find it stupid that in the modern game of football people value their club sides above their country. It is supposed to be a honour being selected for your national side, and the way some players act makes it look as if it is a chore.

Oh, and also:

SVEN OUT!!

Joachim:

Robbie Keane up front, and Matt Holland in midfield are working to replace Roy. Roy is, obviously, the greatest Irish player of all time (barring George Best, whose Ulster), but Ireland can only try to recover.

Hey, Tonge, Sol (if you also hate Sven)...What were you doin when England beat Germany 5-1, Argentina 1-0, Denmark 3-1, and almost beat the world champions? Hell, when they should have beaten the world champions?

Were you bitching then?

P.S. I never supported the choice of Sven as manager. I too believe we should have an English manager. HOWEVER...Y'all are saying he's a crap manager. He is one of the best out there.

Sven stays definety.  Who else is guna do the job.  Sven is a good manager he has done alot for us so far, hes given youngsters a chance and he is doing good IMO.  So what we lost a friendly who cares, when it comes to the big games thats when we will see the real england perform.  I kinda got a love hate thing for international football though cos its amazing when the world cup is on and the Euro champiosnhips but when theres nothing on its sooo  boring waiting for games and shit.

Sven's doing his best in a very hard job

Although I don't understand why Le Saux and Barry are never in the squads, especially when Upson can get in without doing anything.

And as for David James....er,no.

And Sol I would rather we won the Worthington Cup than England won the World Cup, in fact England games piss me off generally - people that don't have a clue about football put some facepaint on and moan about the Neville brothers...

The nev's r good players.  Week in week out G.Nev does his part for Man utd and P.Nev does his shit when he is called upon by Fergie.  They r good players, but if people r looking for players to blame they r always gunna look at defenders.

Jmaes in goal is a bit dumb, picking the keeper from a team who r in the relegation zone is stupid.  Dont understand that.  Le Sux, barry, Terry, Defoe, all need a few games.  WHAT THE FUCK R CHARLTON PLAYERS DOIN IN THERE???
