Sly Boogy is the only top-notch lyrical act from the west coast who barely ever networked or promoted himself ...most of his buzz came from word of mouth. with the right moves, he coulda been a heavyweight in the game. he only came out in 2002, so it aint like his time is done. he just needs the right peoples behind him. he pretty much disappeared from the scene after droppin "it's nutthin", which was really strange for someone with as much buzz as him.
