Ice-T presents Something from Nothing: The Art of Rap
« on: July 26, 2012, 03:48:18 AM »
I saw this docu last week. Shit was nice! Cool to see the legends getting some recognition. Dope images of the cities/ghettos in between the interviews.

Did you know that B-Real actually has no natural high pitched voice? Dr. Dre looked massive again. Krs-One is one ugly dude. Eminem looks freaky skinny these days (probably because he's running 2 hours eacht day & drinks water galore). Nice part about him though, how he looked up to Treach from Naughty...

Anyway, Don't sleep on this movie! Props to Ice-T! Hip-Hop rules 4-ever!

I saw it in the movie theather. It was a 1 time Europe event, with Q&A + live set. The movie was screened in Europe simultaniously, and London held the live event (Q&A + live set). After the docu ended, the other events were streamed live.

I guess it will come to DVD soon. Or try to download it in the meantime. ;-)
