DJ Quik - The Red Tape (First Mixtape)

I came across an early DJ Quik mix tape called The Red Tape. Supposedly this was recorded in the late 80's early 90's. Here is the track listing:

Is this rare? If anyone needs a link let me know and I can up it.

How aint this real? This says it was released in 87 but more likely just before his first album came out.
