Going through a box of CDs at my old room at my family's, I found the EPMD CD for Out of Business that was bundled with their Greatest Hits CD. I was bumping that a couple weeks ago.

alot of the good music was produced in 96 by snoop. After snoop moved in 99 it was a different style lol

Yea 80-90's is all I play too.  Not into this new shit unless it's by an 80-90's artist.  New shit doesn't compare to the classics, it's like a whole different style of music to me.

I cannot even answer this question because albums made between 1985-2005 are 95% of my 32gb SD card in my phone. The real question, What albums AFTER 2005 do I still put in rotation? Answer, only the really, really good ones. I ain't even anti-new rap music, it's just not my style. Young kids can play whatever they want, my older cousins hated rap music after 1996, I knew one day I'd have an expiration date, and I hit it, and these kids will hit that date too. So I ain't saying it as if new music sucks, but that I'm an old 32 year old father who listens to music from mt glory days... LOL

But a quick list of things that still get play

Public Enemy's Apocalypse 91... The Enemy Strikes Black
Dr. Dre's The Chronic
Snoop Doggy Dogg's Doggystyle
Makaveli's The Don Killuminati
2Pac's Me Against the World and All Eyez On Me
Snoop Dogg's Top Dogg
Eric B. and Rakim's Paid In Full
N.W.A.'s Straight Outta Compton and N.W.A. and the Posse
Bone Thugs N Harmony's E.1999
Nas's Illmatic
Run DMC's Run DMC and Raising Hell
Sugar Hill Gang Record's Greatest Hits,
