My mum wanting to send me to prison because I'd taken drugs in my lifetime (tho I'd stopped at that point, and she experimented).

I hadn't had a good enough life upto that point, I guess. Still haven't. Plus the sensation of drowning isn't pleasant. And being aware of the fact that the person who you love most in the world is hurting you/ending your life prematurely is pretty fucking painful. Sorry if this was meant to be a joke.
