i believe that OP wants to know one of two things...how long ago it took place (maybe dude was locked up? missed a few things?)

or

if they went to the extent to make the hologram look its age or just brought it back at the age pac was when he died...if that is infact the question (which im doubting) yes, i read they did try and make the hologram look like what pac would look like in his modern day but he looked like he did in how do u want it imo
