i never got why people were so fascinated with G unit to begin with

I personally still listen to "Beg for mercy" from time to time, songs like.: Footprints, G'd Up, I smell pussy and Poppin them thangs is still fine cuts.

I dont know if you remember when the first time Lloyd Banks was makin the scene, he was fuckin crasy - if you like Big L you will like Lloyd Banks first mixtapes dude had them freestylers and mixtapes kings shocked. in 2003+2004 he owned the mixtape scene.

To bad Lloyd Banks never lived up to his mixtapes, to much standing in the shadow of a lesser song writer most have dumbed him down.

Young Buck & 50cent was still on point at this time.

lloyd banks is a good rapper, but nowhere near big l

My point is the they are similar.:

LLoyd Banks.:

Who wants to be ridin' around in that car
Two in the front and the back got the plasma
This ain't a free ride you gotta have the gas ma
I wouldn't buy a chick a pump that got asthma

Big L.:
I tell it like it is 'cause I'm a goldfigga
And I hate a money hungry girl A K A golddigger, it ain't even funny
Some girls don't even know me askin' me, can they get some money
I'm lookin' nothin' like ya poppa
I wouldn't give a chick 10 cent to put cheese on a whopper

and there is so many more, thats just the lastest i picked up on and that came to mind. - But ya i liked Big L more to, his songs was just more relavant to me - to much yelling G-unit on Banks albums, and to "Poppish" - but his old mixtapes had me wishing for more.
