KEVIN REIMILLER AKA SMOOTH Smooth aka Kevin Reimiller CEO & Founder of Smoothadelic Records and Affiliated Records Recording Artist was born July 18, 1981 in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. Growing up Smooth said he remembered always wanting to be around music. "That's what I lived for and loved to do digg what I'm talkin bout" "All I ever did was play sports, write raps all day everyday and parlay wit my doggz. I didn't go lookin for trouble it always seemed to find me ya know" Smooth started rapping at age 11, "people would throw words at me and I would try to rhyme them together it was all for fun, when I was around 14 that's when I really started takin it a lil more serious and I started getting my flow down" His main influences in the rap game were Snoop Dogg and everyone involved with The Chronic album. He Says They were tha homies he was lookin up to, they made a rap masterpiece, so The Chronic album got him thinkin "one day I'ma be where their at in tha game" Hes right where they started at and he plans on takin over tha game wit them in 2002 fa sho, cuz tha music I'm bout to drop on Smoothadelic Records/ Affiliated Records gon be smokin like tha chronic pleezbaleevit!" Smooth started up Smoothadelic Records to help out the artists he recruits and put them on the map with him. "I wanted to start my own label up and also hold it down on Affiliated at tha same time, tha talent I find and sign to my label gon shine wit me, I ain't greedy I show love and if ya talented pleezbaleev I'ma work wit cha and make ya that much better than what ya already are" Smooth didn't have anyone to turn to he did everything on his own since he started rapping, until one day his homeboy Shortyo discovered him at a show in Smooth's hometown he put together with his homie Droop and signed him as an artist to his label Affiliated Records where Smooth continues to hold it down and make the dope music he's making.
