MOB is not a set, i dont understand what him shoutin that has 2 do with him bangin?
Mob Piru.  They say M.O.B. and Money Over Bitches.  Do you think he'd get an MOB pinky ring just like Suge's but have it rep something else while being on Death Row and around all these gang affiliates?

Did you get that information off the internet? M.O.B. is not affiliated.

No, I had confirmed it years ago with someone I know from NHP in Inglewood.  And an old co-worker who lived in Compton for a number of years.  But it is also on the internet too.

why would Big Syke (a crip) be on a song called M.O.B. if it was about being a blood?

Why would Snoop and WC being on the remix of a song called One Blood?

I knew some bloods, grew up in San Bernardino, a good blood city. (I also lived in Rialto too, a huge crip city.) Not one blood I knew ever used MOB until AFTER 2Pac used it. 2Pac made it cool to say MOB, not the other way around. Before 'Pac, people used Damu, Piru, Blood, Dogg (yeah Dogg was affiliated talk by Bloods), but never said MOB. After 1996, MOB was everywhere in red on the walls.

i can't speak for WC but we all know Snoop is a fake banger and that shit came out in like 2005 or something....1996 was a totally different time where you couldn't be fake like you can be now.

I can respect that and you may very well be right about when they started really popularizing "MOB" within that scene.  But I never viewed it as being a popular term anyway, and maybe the Bloods in San Bernardino (or anywhere not immediately close to Compton) just didn't say MOB in the same manner (just like they likely won't be saying BHIP or any of those acronyms specific to certain hoods), which makes sense since it wasn't really a common Blood term.  It's not like other Piru sets in Compton were running saying MOB either.

Good story about him confronting Kid'n'Play at a Salt N Pepa show and challenging them to a battle back in the day.  He kept talkin shit trying to get under their skin to provoke a battle but ultimately they just ignored him.  Then Salt and Pepa gave him a shot to audition but some security guard kicked him out before he could begin.   Finally they ran into Herby Lovebug, who was an asshole to them.

A few years later after 2pac made it, Herby, who forgot all about the incident approached Pac about workin together on something and Pac finally got his revenge.  LOL.. called up his boy from back in the day and told him he got Herby back for dissing their crew back in the day.

' Fuck The Rap Game Nigga, This M.O.B. So Believe Me We Enemies '

this line comes from Against All Odds track. If you listened to it, he's dissing from Henchman to Diddy to everyone of them. Now, today, we all know Diddy was closed to crips people one of whom was Keffee D, shotcaller from southside crips. (his connection with Southside crips on the west came thru Zip, a known eastcoast crip & gangster who knew Diddy's father),

So Tupac was saying this line^^ to some of y'all, this would mean: " fuck the rap game nigga, this is money over bitches therefore we enemies" ??? that doesn't make sense at all.

Now let's see it like this?
"fuck this rap shit nigga, this is on the streets (MOB set, who Im rollin with now), so believe me, we enemies (since y'all rollin with southside crips)"
makes way more sense. Even more when you considering all the events which took place.

Also, just 2 little things I wanna add:

-to the dude saying why Syke was on M.O.B. (which could also mean money over bitches therefore Syke would be on that track): why Snoop & co so-proclamed crips never shout M O B if that was only meaning money over bitches ? Why Snoop, Kurupt or Daz or whoever crip didn't get a tattoo on their forearm spelling M O B in large letters just like their boss Suge Knight & weren't hanging with the MOB set goons just like Pac got that tatto & a ring just like Suge knight & the rest of his goons ?

-do y'all know about gangs ?
Tell me who the fuck are shouting in swahili langage ? bloods ? whoops, Tupac made references to that. too much coincidence. 'Shit Them Niggaz That Shot Me Is Still Terrified .... Screaming Fuck All Yall Niggaz In Swahili '
Oh did I mention To Live & Die In LA track which was somewhat his take of 'California Love part 2 whithout gay-ass Dre', an anthem to the whole Los Angeles city: on cali love, he & Dre are chouting out Cali places. On TL&DILA, Tupac chose to shout out MOB set & Suge goons....

so not no gangmember, but definetely affiliated, maybe too much to live more than 25

Wouldn't surprise me. MOB could be that Bay area slang that 2Pac brought to the mainstream and LA bastardized it. Wouldn't be the first.
