It gets interesting when he talked about Pac complaining over the phone to Death Row's offices, saying that Pac called Snoop "corny" and even went so far to say that he was paying for "Nate Dogg's child support." That's interesting, considering how one of the criticisms of the mismanagement of Death Row was the fact that a lot of random Death Row expenditures were charged to him. It sounds like him picking up some of Nate Dogg's tabs (which I remembered having read before) was done with his knowledge.

But my take on that whole issue was that Pac was willing to die for his art, and he always showed courage under pressure. There was a period when Snoop was all in as well, but after surviving his murder case in early summer 96', he was a changed man and he wasn't willing to ride as hard as Pac was for Death Row, West Coast, etc.
One part of this interview that had me confused was when he said Pac was still hanging out with Dr. Dre after he left Death Row. Thinking he must either have his dates wrong or he's confusing Dre with somebody else.
Yeah there was a scanned document online a whole back showing Pac had money taken from him to pay Nate's child support. Sounds like Suge just looked at the list of expenses and the list of income and divided it up the way he wanted to. I wonder if that ever caused tension between artist.

I'm sure it caused at least a little bit. People seem to hate on Suge for how the expenses were split up, but it's not like Nate Dogg's child support bills automatically go to Death Row. Nate Dogg either couldn't pay those bills (whether because he didn't have the money or wasn't responsible enough to get it done) or flat-out didn't want to, but he likely just asked Suge or someone handling finances within Death Row if they could take care of the problem, so Pac may have felt like Nate was being a little boy for how Nate couldn't handle his financial responsibilities as a man and father, while Pac was basically footing that bill while taking care of his own crew (Outlawz) and his family.Nate did say something about how toward the end, Pac wasn't really close to him so much anymore, as he mentioned how he didn't know that Pac was filming a video for All About U until after it was already done, which kind of peeved him when he didn't get invited to be in it. So maybe Pac not inviting him stemmed from this little financial debacle that involved Nate's child support.
I know that, I'm just saying that the child support thing may have caused some stuff between Pac and Nate
Oh yeah, no doubt... like someone's Porsche or whatever it was being tacked onto Pac's expenditures. But again, I was just speaking on the Nate Dogg stuff since that's what was brought up in the interview. Speaking of which, whose Porsche was it anyway? I don't think Suge had one, and considering his size and how small the 911s were at that time, I don't see his big ass fitting in one.
