I'd say Lady of Rage & Lauryn Hill cause they are the only ones I can listen to (haven't heard much from the golden age chicks like Lyte & Shante).

Lauryn Hill probably could be the only female to crack the greatest 50 emcees ever.

six two is dope, Lady of Rage would be a pick also, but i can't believe all the people sayin lauryn hill, i would say she is the most annoying, i hate her fuckin voice, just makes me want to fuckin kill my stereo.
