Hack Wilson presents: the Rap DVD discussion thread
« on: June 01, 2013, 06:09:09 PM »
in the past few nights I've watched both Yukmouth "united ghettos of america vol 2" and "Bosses In The Booth"

Yukmouth 2:  i give this a 9/10 and recommend it to anyone who is a fan of Yuk or westcoast rap

Bosses in the booth:  i give it a 6/10 because it was mostly boring as fuck...the 2pac footage was nice but the production values were weak and only the biggest WC gangsta rap fan would watch the entire thing all the way through....too many no name rappers in the middle of this although I liked the footage they had obviously.  C-Bo and Richie Rich both shined here.

Plenty of dvd's here - http://rapstarvideo.com/blog/videoscategory/documentaries/

The best one I seen recently believe it or not was the Snoop Lion joint down in Jamaica. Youtube took it down but from what I saw it was dope.
2 Corinthians 6:8
By honour and dishonour, by evil report and good report: as deceivers, and yet true;

6:9
As unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and, behold, we live; as chastened, and not killed;

6:10
As sorrowful, yet alway rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.

Live Squad  "Game of Survial" - a bit short as it's just a 15 minute motion picture with a bonus E Money Bags video but it's well worth the watch if you can find it
